Creates an outline around the edges of an object.
To install, save the downloaded folder in your Motion Templates - Effects folder.
Duplicate the Video, place the copy on top of the original clip, apply a draw mask to the top clip and cut around the subject, apply the stroke effect. (To get the glow effect duplicate the second layer and apply the neon effect to the middle layer.)
