To install, save the downloaded file in your Effects Presets Folder. If you need help installing the preset send me a DM on Instagram at @joshwinkens.
Add an adjustment layer on top of the two clips, set the duration of the adjustment layer to 7 frames, place the first 3 frames of the adjustment layer on top of the first video clip, and apply the preset to the adjustment layer. Add Motion Blur on top of the adjustment layer.
