To install, save the downloaded file in your Effects Presets Folder. If you need help installing the preset send me a DM on Instagram at @joshwinkens.
Add an adjustment layer on top of the two images, set the duration of the adjustment layer to 6 frames, place the middle of the adjustment layer in between the two photos, and apply the preset to the adjustment layer.
